ABOUT US

Join us at the Medieval & Rare Trades Festival, where we bring history to life! This family-friendly event is an annual two-day celebration of a bygone era. Watch skilled craftsmen and women demonstrate their artistry in carpentry, forging, baking and much more. Our festival is non-profit, focused on giving back to local Gumeracha and Torrens valley community groups. Come and join us in celebrating the past, and experience the thrill of rare and forgotten trades, bringing a new appreciation to the present.

WHAT TO EAT?

We believe that food and drink are just as important as the event itself. That's why we've handpicked a range of vendors offering mouthwatering food and refreshing drinks to keep you going throughout your visit. From local delicacies to classic medieval dishes, you're bound to find something that hits the spot.

WHERE ARE WE?

The Medieval & Rare Trades Festival will be returning to Gumeracha in 2025 after last year’s success, for a family friendly medieval weekend in Federation Park. We look forward to welcoming you on the 4th & 5th of May.
